Shock Ice Zander & Pike

NAUTILUS SHOCK ICE ice fishing rods are specialist models for vertical fishing through the ice, developed to meet modern requirements, including current trends in mobile zander and pike fishing and the particular demands of perch and trout fishing.

All rods in the series are made from solid carbon and fitted with guides that reduce icing in freezing conditions. The range has two branches: 'Zander & Pike' for active mobile fishing and playing large predators, and 'Perch & Trout' for more delicate perch and trout fishing.

SHOCK ICE 'Zander & Pike' models feature a longer blank, strong fish-stopping power and a carefully tuned action. They suit deep-water zander and pike fishing in still water and current, including difficult snag-filled areas. The responsive tip provides lure control and the correct action for lipless vibration baits, jigging minnows and vertical spoons. The two-piece construction is convenient for transport, while compatibility with NAUTILUS SHOCK ICE reels allows a balanced outfit for confidently playing fish directly on the rod.
